Privacy Policy
How Craft Apps handles local files, account information, essential cookies, and support requests.
Last updated: 2026-10-16
Your files
Craft Apps hosts browser versions of open-source creative editors. Opening a file in an editor reads it on your device. Basic editing does not upload the file to our application server. Saving normally downloads a result or uses the editor's local browser storage. Browser storage is not a cloud backup: clearing site data can delete locally saved projects. Keep your own copies.
Website and account information
You can use the basic editors without an account. If you create an account, we process the name, email, sign-in details, and preferences needed to operate it. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes request metadata such as IP address, URL, and browser information to deliver and protect the website. Do not include document contents or sensitive personal information in a support request unless needed to explain a problem.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies support sign-in, language preferences, and site operation. Individual editors may store preferences and projects in browser storage. You can remove that data through your browser, but doing so may remove unsaved projects. We do not load an analytics service unless it is configured on the website.
Service providers and external links
The website uses Cloudflare hosting and storage for its application resources. Optional Google sign-in, when enabled, shares the account information required for sign-in. Links to official repositories take you to external services with their own policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Requests and contact
For questions, account access or deletion requests, contact hello@craftapps.me. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. Deleting an account does not remove files stored only on your device; manage those through your browser or editor.
Updates
We update this notice when our data practices change. The date above identifies this version.
